The West Coast Gun Club is a non-profit organization committed to supporting Naval Special Warfare Snipers located on the West Coast. Our mission is to foster a tight-knit community for operators beyond the workplace, cultivate enduring relationships and provide opportunities for individual skill growth. We achieve this by organizing and hosting West Coast Gun Club Sniper Competitions throughout the year, as well as overnight retreats, designed to help operators reset and recharge after training work-ups and over sea deployments.
At the core of our mission is the belief that competitive shooting hones crucial work skills and directly enhances on-the-job performance. These precision rifle competitions enhance development of the individual in a unique environment that differs from the type of shooting found at work. By engaging in competitive shooting, operators refine their marksmanship and forge connections with like-minded individuals, pushing each other toward the common goal of becoming the best version of themselves.
Our commitment extends beyond marksmanship. We strive to provide a connected community that offers resources and funding that allows our operators to exceed the standard and continually better themselves as precision shooters. The West Coast Gun Club is dedicated to supporting the human behind the rifle, ensuring that our operators have the support they need to excel both downrange, and in their personal life.
